Payment: We accept payment via most major credit & debit cards.
Delivery: Orders will be dispatched within 1-5 working days. We ship worldwide and you will be notified of goods being dispatched. If you have any questions or need a quick delivery, please contact us at mail@goga-goga.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns: GOGA GOGA will exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of receipt if returned to us in the original condition. We cannot offer refund or exchange outside this period. All our items are handmade and packed with great care and we hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If an item you have received is damaged, please inform us as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement by emailing mail@goga-goga.com.
GOGA GOGA cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Please note: Bespoke / made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
